Tax Season 2022 – Tax Year 2021

Welcome to another tax season. Please see the message below for instructions to get your information over to us. 

Important

In addition to your tax data (w2, 1099, 1098 forms, etc.) and signed forms, we will need you to provide (*if applicable):  

• Your current address
• A copy of your last year’s (TY20) tax return (new clients only).
• A copy of your and your spouse’s* driver’s license
• Your and your spouse’s* contact information – e-mail addresses and phone numbers where you can be promptly reached
• Your direct deposit info*, if different than what is on your last year’s income tax return. If your account is not listed there, we will need the bank name, routing, account number, and whether it’s a checking or savings account.

Our website is www.KGTaxGroup.com in the upper right-hand corner you will find a link called “Client Portal” click there and you will be directed to a secure page where you will be able to upload your information.

The password will be provided once you contact us along with a copy of Organizer and Office documentation.
